GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
WHAT ARE THE CLASSES LIKE?
We offer Strength and Conditioning OR T.U.F.F. (The Ultimate in Fitness Fighting) classes, which is a combination of Boxing and TaeKwonDo.
The strength and Conditioning classes are a MUST for everyone. Most small group training classes today are about constantly changing the exercises to "entertain" the client. This only works for a short duration. Clients quickly come to learn that while they were being entertained, they were NOT getting results.
Our classes are built around structure that entertains our clients the BEST WAY...WITH RESULTS!
IF you want results, structure from a Strength and Conditioning program will get you there.
Then there 's Martial Arts. Thoroughly designed around structure and progress. However, while there are A LOT of people who truly want to learn HOW to kick and punch...NOT a lot of people who like the idea of GETTING kicked and punched!!
And that is the genious behind our T.U.F.F. program. You will be learning from the best, and NO, that's not just us saying that, All 3 of our coaches are in the Hall of Fame!! You can be sure that it takes A LOT to get into the Hall of Fame and we have 3 of them in-house! T.U.F.F. incorporates the best techniques from TaeKwonDo and Boxing.
ARE THERE CLASSES FOR DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE LEVELS?
The Strength and Conditioning (SnC) and the T.U.F.F. (The ultimate in Fitness Fighting) classes are uniquely designed to allow beginners all the way to Olympians. It's a great program and you get to go at YOUR own pace!
WHAT TIME ARE THE CLASSES AT?
T.U.F.F. is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12h00 and again at 18h00. It is also offered on Sundays at 10h00
Strength and Conditioning is offered Mondays - Wednesdays and Fridays at 07h00 and at 12h00 and again at 18h00. and again on Saturdays at 09h00
HOW OLD MUST I BE TO TAKE A CLASS?
The ideal starting age to participate in the T.U.F.F. program is 5 years and up
The ideal starting age to participate in the the SnC program is 8 years and up. And by up we mean 94 years of age!
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR THE FITNESS CHALLENGE?
The challenge is goal dependent. We would need to have a no-sweat" assessment booked with you (complimentary). This will take approx a 30 minutes session to gather some needed data and information to better direct you. Based on that assessment, we can accurately offer the cost of the services you'll need to help you reach your goals. Through the assessment, we can also qualify you for a fitness subsidy (if available) specifically for yout transformation program. DOES THE TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM INCLUDE COACHING?
Absolutely! To ensure you get the most out of your transformation, you will have a personal trainer overseeing your program as well you will have coaching at every session that you come in for. These are small group sessions. IF you feel you need more personalized attention, ask us about adding more sessions with a private trainer.
CLASS PREP
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE BEFORE A SESSION?
It's ideal to arrive about 15 minutes before a workout session. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and do a proper warm-up. Arriving early also allows you to familiarize yourself with the equipment and the space, and ensures you don't miss any important instructions or warm-up exercises.
